 HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS   
  

 Placing an Order: 
  Do Dine In offers you three convenient ways to place your delivery order:
1. Order online @www.dodinein.com.
2. Place your order by telephone at (480)445.9486.
3. Fax your order to (480)626.7663 (Please include all delivery and payment information as well as a contact telephone number). Please call after faxing your order to confirm it was received.
 
    
   
   The Delivery Process: 
  1. Your order is called or faxed in to the restaurant of your choice.
2. Your Mobile Waiter is dispatched to the restaurant.
3. Your Mobile Waiter arrives at the restaurant, carefully checks your order for accuracy, and places the food in an insulated carrying bag.
4. Your Mobile Waiter radios our dispatcher when enroute with the order. Should you have any questions as to the status of your order, please call us at (480)445-9486. (Our dispatchers closely track the progress of all deliveries in the event of unforeseen delays.) 5.  Your Mobile Waiter arrives at your home or office, presents the food, and confirms the accuracy of the order with you. The entire process generally takes approx. 35-60 minutes, depending on type of cuisine, order size, your distance from the restaurant, traffic and weather conditions.  Preparation times vary per restaurant.   Please allow additional time for larger orders.  
    
   
   The Delivery Process Payment Information: 
  1 . The Travelling Waiter accepts cash, corporate checks, MasterCard, Visa, and house accounts.
2. Delivery is only $3.99 when you order online per restaurant. 
3. To set up a House Account with Do Dine In, give us a call at (480)445-9486. We will fax an application to you.  Fax it back to us at (480)626-7663 and a representative will call you to confirm your application. Please call if you have any questions.
4. Gratuities for our drivers are greatly appreciated (at least 15% is customary). Please keep in mind that our Mobile Waiters use their own vehicles for transportation, and take great care to ensure that your order is hot, on time, and accurate.  An automatic 12% is added to orders $75 and up. Minimum order is $18. There are no orders too large for us to handle, inquire today!

We begin processing telephone orders one hour before we start delivering for your convenience.  To ensure timely delivery of large orders, please place them at least 24 hours ahead.  Orders can be placed in advance online 24/7.
