1. Is Do Dine In a restaurant? ANSWER- No. Do Dine In delivers for participating restaurants to Gilbert Residents and Businesses in the East Valley.
ANSWER- For your convenience, you only need to call Do Dine In @ 480.445.9486. You can also order online @www.dodinein.com
3. How do I pay?
ANSWER- You can pay with cash, credit card, corporate check, or with an established house account. You and your card must be present at time of delivery.
4. Is there a minimum dollar amount required for delivery? 5. How much is delivery?
ANSWER - Only $3.99 per restaurant (for Gilbert deliveries). Remember, don't forget to tip your mobile waiter! They are using their time and gas; and after all, your convenience is priceless! 6. Will my hot food arrive hot and my cold food arrive cold? ANSWER- Yes! Do Dine In uses the latest thermal bags specially designed to keep your food in the same condition you would expect it to be in if you picked it up yourself. We want your food to arrive to your location just as it would if you were at your favorite restaurant.
ANSWER- Do Dine In will call in your order. 8. Do I have to tip? ANSWER- Tips are greatly appreciated. Our drivers use their own vehicles and gas. They work very hard to make sure your meal is delivered promptly and professionally. As with all food service wait staff they rely on tips as their major source of income. Unlike restaurant wait staff our drivers do not serve multiple tables. They dedicate themselves exclusively to your order. 9. If there is a problem with my order, who should I tell? ANSWER- Please call Do Dine In with any questions or concerns you may have. We will promptly address any issues. 10. If there is problem with delivery, who should I tell? ANSWER- Please call Do Dine In with any questions or concerns. The restaurant is not responsible for delivery issues or the delivery employees and therefore cannot resolve the matter.
11. Is the delivery guaranteed, and how long does it take? 12. Can I order in advance? ANSWER- Yes! We gladly accept advance orders, days or weeks in advance to help ensure with delivery time or to help with your event. To place an advance order click on "advance orders" on the top of this page. For advance orders weeks ahead give us a call with the details. 13. Do you deliver to offices or for large groups? ANSWER- Yes! It is likely that we can accommodate parties of any size. Call our office at (480) 445.9486 to inquire. 14. Does Do Dine In have gift certificates? ANSWER- Yes. We have Gift Certificates Available in $20 increments . 15. Can I print the menus? ANSWER- Yes. You can print our menus by clicking on the restaurant of your choice and then click on the "printable version" on the top right side of the menu. Then just press print and it's yours! 16. Are the prices higher when ordering from Do Dine In, as opposed to eating at the restaurant?
ANSWER- The prices and items you see for our restaurants are the same as if you eat at the restaurant. The only extra charge you pay is the delivery fee. So when you feel like eating in or just don't know what to have, remember Do Dine In, we'd love to serve you! ANSWER- Yes! We will be hiring drivers continually throughout the year to handle our growth. Drivers must have good driving records, customer service skills, and be willing to work in a friendly and fun environment. Drivers typically make $9 to $18 per hour.
